He has managed teams of 1,500+ employees across diverse industries, leading change management, cultural transformation, and organizational development efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
Arvind holds a Master’s in Financial Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, and a Master’s in Foreign Trade from Pondicherry University. A CC-certified Toastmaster and Crucial Conversations expert, he is also a movie buff and music enthusiast based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
