Biography

Adora Ikwuemesi is a passionate and purpose-driven human resources leader, speaker, writer, and trusted advisor with a mission to empower people and organizations. A certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and executive coach, Adora equips HR professionals and business leaders with the tools to achieve strategic success. With a Doctorate in Business Administration, her research focuses on employee engagement in remote work.

Adora has led several transformative HR projects, including a World Bank-funded initiative, and founded the HR Bootcamp Conference, a platform for reinventing people management practices. She also developed the Nigerian Labour Act app to enhance employment law competence.

She is the founder of Kendor Consulting, a firm specializing in learning and organizational development solutions, and the author of the award-winning self-help book Change Your Career. Recognized by SHRM and CIPM for her contributions to HR, Adora continues to advocate for better people management practices to help individuals and organizations thrive.
