Born and raised in Nigeria, Richard holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Science from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom, and a PhD in Chemistry at the University of California, Davis. He is a Forbes Columnist on Leadership Strategy, a Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 coach, and a John Maxwell certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.
Currently serving as the Director of Transformation and Chief of Staff at Intel, he is also an executive coach and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives. He is the co-founder and Executive Director of Connect-Learn-Grow (CLG). He works with minority youth to pursue STEM careers through an innovative, project-based outreach program and actively equips emerging leaders in Nigeria to address systemic societal problems to spur socio-economic development.
