Yetty Williams

Biography

Yetty Williams is a social entrepreneur, digital parenting coach, and responsible digital citizenship advocate. She founded LagosMums, Nigeria's first parenting blog, over a decade ago to serve as a resource for families, parents, and caregivers. Believing that parenting in the digital age requires mindfulness and collaboration, she organizes the annual LagosMums Parenting Conference, attracting thousands of participants to discuss family and parenting topics.

Yetty is a certified Life Coach, Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner, and Mental Health Advocate with extensive training in Cyberpsychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques. She helps parents raise responsible digital citizens and develop effective family digital well-being plans.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Yetty holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from Yale, and executive training in Digital Media Marketing from Cambridge. She consults on digital transformation and has worked with global brands like Google, P&G, and Nivea.

Yetty co-hosts the Parenting Today show on LagosTalks 91.3 FM and serves on boards including Bethesda Child Support Agency. Her awards include the ELOY Award and recognition from Lagos State for her contributions to families and women.

She is married and inspired daily by her two children.
